SEOLens provides a free keyword research tool and REST API that allows users to:
- Research keyword search volume, competition, and CPC data
- Discover related keyword suggestions
- Assess keyword difficulty for SEO purposes
- Access keyword data programmatically via the REST API
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Overload, disable, or impair the Service infrastructure
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Scrape or resell data obtained from the Service
- Use automated tools to excessively access the Service beyond documented API endpoints
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any inaccuracies in keyword data, search volumes, or difficulty scores
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or errors transmitted through the Service
Data Accuracy
Keyword data, including search volumes, CPC ranges, and difficulty scores, is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. SEO decisions should be made using multiple data sources and professional judgment.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
